The purchase of a print/ digital file or other material does not itself carry with it the right to publish, reproduce, scan, transmit, broadcast, digitize or otherwise make the image available for commercial use. Copyright of all images remains the property of By Kailee Collar unless written consent is given.

All requests for permission to reproduce an image in any form must be made in writing and include the intended use(s). Permission is given on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of By Kailee Collar. Additional permission fees may be applied.

SHIPPING

DUE TO COVID, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND POSSIBLE DELAYED SHIPPING .

All items are shipped via USPS from sunny California with a tracking number. Once payment is received, shipping usually takes 2-5 days depending on location.

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with the order number and photos of the damage and we will do our best to sort it out swiftly.

We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time as the items are at risk to of being damaged on the way back to us.
