All items are shipped via USPS from sunny California with a tracking number. Your order will be shipped 2-5 days after payment has been received.
If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact within 5 days of arrival. You must provide us with the order number and photos of the damaged product in its original packaging. We will do our best to sort it out swiftly.
We cannot accommodate exchanges as the items are at risk to of being damaged on the way back to us. If you have received the wrong item please notify us ASAP and we will send you the correct item.
